A very warm walk in the Cuckmere this morning produced only a juvenile Yellow-legged Gull and a second-summer Mediterranean Gull of note. The two Oystercatcher families were still present. A Grey Wagtail and Sedge Warbler were by the scrape. Also 130 Black-headed Gulls is the first largish number of the autumn for me.
The next instalment of Uganda will be on tomorrow.
