Marrakech Airport & Cuckmere Haven 3/10/16

Opened the aircraft doors in Marrakech this morning and was taken back by a low swarm of White Storks trying to catch a thermal over the airfield. The birds circled for ten minutes or so showing very well, with the group totalling 20 birds.

Back home and back to reality, the Cuckmere only produced a Whinchat and 2 Wheatear, with hundreds of Swallows flying low over the entire area. Every sycamore tree was scrutinised but alas no eastern vagrants.
