Thailand 15/12/13

Trail B was walked first thing for quite a few hours where a new friend had attached itself to me......a leech. During the walk,  we were surprised to hear some Pittas, but despite using playback, we didn't see them.
After lunch, we looked around the Ground-Cuckoo stakeout and then walked trail C where unfortunately it was hard work, but a couple of bird waves kept us busy at times, and a Red-headed Trogon made the walk all worthwhile. During the day, my non sturdy tent gave up and was completely flattened, and the tent I had changed to had a snake in it.......brilliant.
