A very warm walk in the Cuckmere this morning produced only a juvenile
Yellow-legged Gull a
nd a second-summer
Mediterranean Gull o
f note. The two Oystercatcher families were still present. A
Grey Wagtail and
Sedge Warbler were by the scrape. Also 130
Black-headed Gulls is the first largish number of the autumn for me.
